As a member contractor for the Disaster Solutions Alliance (DSA LLC), DCM Associates is trusted with providing support for all types of man-made or natural hazards as defined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for FEMA Regions I, II and V, also known as Bravo Sector.
Bravo Sector encompasses 14 states and 2 territories including key infrastructure cities such as New York, NY, Chicago, IL and Boston, MA.
During the execution of disaster recovery services in the Bravo Sector, DCM provides expert earned value project management for Individual Assistance – Technical Assistance Contracts (IA-TAC).
Working alongside the Health and Safety Officer, the overall Program Managers, and reporting directly to the LLC Policy Board, David Moreau is a key management team member in the DSA LLC organizational structure responsible for ensuring quality control efforts for disaster recovery services in the Bravo sector.
