Company Overview

DCM Associates provides engineering consulting, contract engineering and facility management services to both government (public sector) and commercial (private sector) organizations with a special emphasis on infrastructure construction, infrastructure maintenance and infrastructure repair.
 
DCM Associates is also a key player in the delivery of FEMA disaster response and disaster recovery services, serving as a member contractor for the Disaster Solutions Alliance (DSA LLC). DCM Associates provides much needed quality control, quality assurance and earned value management support for DSA and its partners during Presidentially declared emergencies.

DCM Associates is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) listed on the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) MOBIS Schedule. GSA MOBIS offers government contracts with companies to help improve management and organizational effectiveness through the use of specialized consulting, facilitation services, surveys and training.

DCM Associates is led by engineering veteran and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel David Moreau.
 
30+ years in civil engineering and a long, distinguished USAF service career make David Moreau a strong ally and resource to organizations striving to reach new levels of excellence in engineering planning and facility management. David has significant leadership and management experience, as well as the talent, tenacity and “big picture” vision it takes to consult on complex, large-scale civil engineering projects.
 
In addition, David has carefully developed an extensive network of experienced military and civilian professionals, enabling him to pull together the perfect resources to match the scope and scale of any engineering undertaking.
